I've just got a song dedicated to me on radio!! with a very nice message read out by the Love God, Richard Mercer from Mix 106.5 (yes, same radio station I won my $100 bucks!! fate.)
Clement tried his luck by writing-in an email to dedicate a song by MLTR - I'm Gonna Be Around, with a short message to me. =))
The DJ called him to inform, his message has been selected to be read out later during the session. But would like to re-confirm the song... ... Only to find out they don't know who is Michael Learns To Rock! o_O -HUH!- reallyy...???
So he left it for them or rather the Love God to choose a song. Clement called me after that to tell me the news that his dedi has been selected to be read out between 8.15-8.30pm. And that he didn't managed to think up a song in-time to represent us. Moments later after recovering from the excitement, he decided the Backstreet Boys; since that song was one of the few songs kinda linked us together with a funny history. I Want It That Way.
Charmed me... =))
p/s: Been notified that Letty had it recorded. My family tuned in online from S'pore to hear it. Derrick managed to help me convert from m4a to mp3. There... my piece of radio memory.
