House inspections for almost the whole day on the northern-west region of NSW. And man, to find the right property to be your future home is darn hard! "Nobody said it was easy..."
Went round Ermington, Carlingford, Oatlands, Telopea and Dundas region to have a feel of how does the suburb fare on a personal note.
So conclusion is: Looks can be deceiving. The photos/video tour you see from the property website is not what it seemed to be like in reality. Yet some which I've ruled out from the beginning apparently looks real appealing in the end, however due to my superficial-striking-0ut technique to compact the no. of properties we looking at has resulted in missing out the inspection timings. Hence till next week.
So! till next week, we'll keep looking and it really feels good when you have something to work towards to.
I understand why Dreams are meant to be chased. Whilst chasing you'll grow and you'll learn.
